Chickens are fascinating creatures both to watch and to illustrate. This particular chicken belongs to my inlaws in a lovely backyard in Toowoomba.
This collection of ink animals was done whilst I was cooped up in hospital for a long stint with my son. I like that art can be simple or complicated- in this case, simple meant I only needed my pad and pen and could work on it easily when I had some time.
This piece would make a fantastic addition to any space- a chicken makes for a great talking piece!
